MARSEILIA TRADING & CONTRACTING intended to construct integrated residential resort on an area of 10 acres divided into a number 16 Tower.

Scope of Works:
• Diaphragm Wall and Barrettes Works
Construct diaphragm walls and barrettes with thickness from 640 mm to 1,000 mm. Depth of walls is up to 38 meter. Total quantity of executed diaphragm wall is 22,064 square meter and about 634 no. of Barrettes Bauer type.

• Tension Pile Works
Construct of about 350 no. of pile with diameter 800 mm and depth 27 m.
