• Dewatering the 7200 square meter site by 9.5 m
• Extraction of 375 driven piles 8 – 12 m length  
• 76 no. post grouted piles of Ø 800, 1,000 and 1,200 mm and depth 38 m

• Contingency against variation in cohesive plug layer
